Dato’ Aliff Syukri, renowned Malaysian entrepreneur and social media influencer, recently made headlines by unveiling his new private jet, a sleek black aircraft with a golden emblem, claimed to be purchased using profits from his pickled mango business, a venture he runs alongside his eldest son, Ammar Ahyan.

In an Instagram video, Aliff shared a proud moment, showing the jet to his wife, son, and followers. Overwhelmed with emotion, he expressed gratitude, saying:

“Alhamdulillah, finally papa and mama’s wish has come true. Pray for the best for us”.

The journey to owning this private jet began with Aliff’s pickled mango empire. In his video presentation, Aliff pointed out that the jet purchase was funded entirely by the venture’s success, no external loans or investors, just reinvested profits.

Many netizens are dubious about this whole thing

The post has garnered a whopping 1.6 million views as at time of writing.

Whilst many netizens responded enthusiastically, congratulating the family for building something extraordinary from humble beginnings, not everyone shared the celebratory tone.

Many netizens are skeptical as to how one can buy a private jet just by selling pickles.

“Gosh, even pickle sellers can buy a jet… I am a pickle seller but how come I’m not rich…”

“Can we really buy a jet by selling pickles?”

“I sell pickles too but can’t seem to afford a private jet”

“Check with ChatGPT, and you will know the truth”

“I want to sell pickles as well to be able to buy a private jet”
