In short, Enrich Points is a loyalty program introduced by Malaysia Airlines to reward its customers. Previously known as Enrich Miles, the program has rebranded itself since 2021 to Enrich Points.
Once you have earned Enrich Points from your purchases at Malaysia Airlines or selected merchants, you have many redemption options available to you.
Redemption options include flights on Malaysia Airlines, and Oneworld member airline operators such as Emirates Airlines and Enrich partner airlines.

Interestingly, there are four tiers in Enrich Points membership program: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Blue. Let’s take a closer look.
When you start spending to collect Enrich Points, you'll automatically be considered a Blue tier member. As you continue spending and accumulating points, you will be promoted to the next tier, as long as you meet the requirements, but more on that later.
The higher your membership tier, the more perks you'll enjoy and the easier it will be to earn points.
Beginning April 2021, MAS has streamlined and simplified their Enrich Points system, making it more transparent for all members. The basic points earning system is as displayed above, ranging from 1.5 to 2.2 points earned for every RM1 spent for the different tiers.
This system is pretty straightforward. For instance, if you spend RM1000 with your Blue tier Enrich membership, you earn 1500 Enrich Points.
Now, the question is, how can you qualify for a higher tier?
To qualify for a higher tier Enrich membership, you have to earn Elite Points. Here are the number of Elite Points needed to achieve each tier:
The lowest tier, Blue, requires no Elite Points. However, if you wish to enhance your membership to the next level, you'll have to earn Elite Points from flying with MAS or other Oneworld airlines.
The Elite Points you earn will be based on the destination zones and your cabin class.
Certain terms and conditions apply, however. For instance, Elite Points will not apply to non-Oneworld partner airline, MH4000 series and all MH5000 flights except for MH4000/MH5000 MH*/FY codeshare flights.
MAS has listed all their partners in a concise manner, so that you can find vendors to spend and collect points. Interestingly, their page also shows you where and how you can redeem the points you've collected, but more on that later.
