Eligibility & Requirements

To apply for the Cash Plus Personal Loan,
you must fulfil the following:

  • Malaysian Citizen
  • Individual Applicant
  • Aged 21 – 58 years old
  • Have a minimum monthly income of RM2,000
  • Been employed for more than 6 consecutive months
  • If self-employed, have a business that has been active for more than 24 months

You will also need to provide the following
documents:

Employed:

  • Minimum latest 1-month payslip, 3-month payslip, and latest 3-month salary crediting bank statement or latest EPF statement with a minimum 6-month contribution

Self
Employed -
Sole Proprietor, Partnership, Private Listed Company (Sdn Bhd):

  • Business Registration Document (such as Trading Licence/Company Search/Partnership Agreement/Professional Practicing Certificate)  AND
  • Any of the documents below:

a) Minimum latest 6 months company bank statement OR

b) Latest  Form B/BE AND LHDN payment receipt OR

c) Latest e-Form B/BE AND latest e-filing acknowledgment receipt

  • Late Payment Penalty: 1% p.a. on the instalments amounts from the overdue date onwards

The requirements differ depending on what persona loan you are looking at. However, in general, the common requirements are that you must be a Malaysian (or a permanent resident), are aged 18 years old and above, and have been employed for at least 6 months.

The fees and charges will depend on which personal loan you are applying for. However, most of the fees and charges are minimal, such as a 1% p.a. charge on the instalment amounts.

Typically, you will need to provide your latest 3-month payslip, bank statement of salary crediting account, or 3-month EPF statement, or a combination of all the documents.
