Fees & Charges

  • brokerage fee - proportionate as per the financing amount
  • stamp duty - 0.5% of the financing amount
  • Takaful - varies as per the individual customer's profile (age, gender, tenure, etc)
  • late payment compensation charge - 1% p.a. on the overdue instalment
  • early settlement rebate - entitled to Ibra', must give prior notice in writing 30 days prior to the effective date
