For primary cardholders of the Maybank 2 Cards Premier credit card, you have to be at least 21 years old and above. As for supplementary cardholders, the age requirement is at least 18 years old and above. The minimum monthly income requirement is RM8,333 or RM100,000 annually.
Yes, the annual fee of the Maybank 2 Cards Premier is RM800. However, the first year is waived, as long as there is a minimum spending of RM80,000 yearly. There is no annual fee applied for supplementary cardholders, but only for the first 4 cards.
When you make your payments late, you will be charged 1% as a late payment fee. There is an interest rate of 15% upon settling your repayments on time for 12 months continuously, providing you make the minimum payment (which is 5% of the overdue balance). For cash advances withdrawals, there is a fee of 5% from the total amount withdrawn.
